I became a therapist because I’ve experienced periods of feeling lost and stuck too. Therapy helped me grow in meaningful ways, which ultimately led me to this work.
My style is direct and conversational — open, honest, curious, with humor (and the occasional swearing) that keeps things real. Clients often tell me I notice patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that they hadn’t recognized before, helping them make sense of what’s been keeping them stuck.
I work with adults from all walks of life, with a particular interest in supporting men navigating pressures to handle things alone, stay quiet when things feel heavy, and bury feelings of sadness, fear, doubt, and questions of purpose.
Together, we’ll develop clearer insight and a more authentic approach to relationships, work, and daily life. We’ll explore the patterns that brought you here and what’s within your control to shift. Growth happens when insight turns into intentional change — at a pace that feels honest and sustainable.
I've been in the mental health field for almost a decade. In addition to being a therapist, I train and develop clinicians at the largest community mental health organization in Chicago. When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking with my dog, traveling & camping, doing my own motorcycle maintenance, and being a die-hard Bears & Cubs fan.
